Ok so that vid pretty much sums up my build. i have scrapped the write-up. With HRC being now more. im finding it very hard to put time into build/diy threads to help people out and admins to just shut it down and lose all the info i have posted. (i know this forum is not like HRC but sorry i just cant do it any more)

that being said. ill still share parts of my on going build with the forum. i will be be giving all my info on some of the things i have done and am going to do.

any way here is a little update.

hooked up some HID's

and started porting the supercharger to flow more air.

and then i also had a smaller pulley made.12psi boost with the one:D

That's a pity Shaun, really we don't have that BS here because most of us are serious about the scene.

Cool photo updates though, your port work on the charger isn't bad at all - the s-bend portion is going to be a PITA!

Who did the pulley for you? Any shot of the side?

Long live IK (lol)
Looking good though, HID's are a win!

Hahaha ok cause a gear puller does nada Tongue. Ag will see what a press goes for and get one.

Another thing, whats your clearance like after the rotor coating? probably get an answer once it's fitted I guess. I know the rotors expand with the heat and the OEM teflon coating allows for almost rotor to rotor contactwith extreme temps, will the film on yours done locally do the same? I'm pondering if i should do the same or not.

ok some now we talking theory here.

the film should stop the absorption of heat into the rotors. so they should not expand. and intake temps should stay cooler then just having the alli rotors. Teflon with also work but it seem to peal after some time so im trying a new film.

sadly only time will tell if it works.

no sure of clearances till its rebuilt. but i had tenths of a mm to play with. which is quite a bit.

Yeah thats the sad part about any coating, only time will tell if it lasts. What's the link again of the company you used? I found it on superhanda once in one of your posts but not going to dig that up again.

Looking great so far! Time is going to be an issue for me at the moment so no problem getting them to hack the P28. I'll check over it before we even start though - just to make sure all is 100%!

How did you do the timing on the rotors? I know some guys gut strips of coke cans and placed them over the lobes->turned it so rotors doesnt touch each other.

Oh whats the clearance of rotor to wall/sandwich plate?

we notched the rotors before we took them off so we knew how to refit them. every thing sides into place 100%.

i did the cleanance to a little over stock at .08mm
