Oh how badly I wish that we could get the proper JDM spec cars this side!!!
I love the FN2R, but the FD2R is just SO much better & hotter IMHO Cheesy

Doesn't anybody know who we can go slap around at Honda SA so that they can start getting the PROPER cars for us Wink  Lips sealed

LOL ;-) it's true though, the special-ness comes from how scarce/rare these vehicles are around the rest of the world. It makes owning one even more of an accomplishment.

I actually think it's the suspension that made the JDM spec win, both hot IMO but still don't like the rear of those civic sedan's

I love the sedans in R livery!!! In stock form, I agree, they aint the greatest, but the potential is easily evident Wink
The JDM Type R motor is somewhat stronger, with LSD & definitely a much better suspension setup IMHO Cool

On a side note:
In stock form, the EK Ballade VTEC was quicker around the track than the EK Civic VTEC. This was thanks to two reasons... Better handling characteristics due to the boot & better aerodynamics.

It's not just the suspension setup that makes the JDM spec one better, I've watched the making of the prototype video and videos of them having shake down tests with the car. Very impressive and seems the car revs easier so made me think it may have a lightened flywheel and seems they squeezed a tiny bit more horses out of it. There's another video on youtube where I think Jason Plato takes it up against a S2000 to prove how awesome the JDM spec one is.

Really the Ballade was better handling then the Civic? Strange many of my friends that used to own them called the Ballade heavy and tail end happy hence why eventually when some of my friends got families they sold off the Civics that were still in one piece but every single Ballade I knew of that a friend owned was written off by been wrapped around trees or poles apparently due to tale stepping out.
