This evening at around 7 30 pm still within legal hours, I started up my RX7 to show my cousin how she's sounding and running. I start the car and I hear a loud HEY been shouted, I looked and noticed nothing and reversed, as I finished reversing it seems one of my neighbours was on his balcony in disapproval, he further shouted at me saying sell that piece of S**t. I never replied to him because you are legally allowed to play loud music till 10 pm at night and all I did was start my car and drive out, he's a old German guy living with two other guys. I'm expecting them to have left a nasty letter underneath my windscreen wipers tomorrow morning. Tongue

Lol nice one monkey. Just to make sure he knew I understood his upset the previous night, I started up my car this morning and let her idle for 15 minutes till she was properly warm infront of his place but unfortunately he just stared out of his window this morning. Tongue I drove her all day and she only reached 90 degrees celcius once and on average was around 80 degrees celcius temp wise.

Be careful of temps that low, if your coolant sensor is still good condition / new then that temp is a little on the cold side. You're going to want the thermo opening sooner then, not at the normal oem temp setting.

My fans switch has been set to come in from around 70 degrees celcius because my car builds up temp very easily and quickly whilst my cousins nissan sits at 90 degrees celcius or more. Bad news so far is I think a oil seal on the turbos has gone thus why I kept smelling hot oil today and why it looks like tiny indian smoke signals if I stop at a robot for 5 minutes or more. Car was really running strong but I'm taking it easier till I can get her to the tuner for the oil seal problem. By far hands done around the bends feels like the best handling car in the world I forgot how great she is, no understeer and oversteer only comes on command. Even at present with me mainly revving to only 4000 rpm or slightly higher she's a force to be reckoned with.

My turbos are still under warrantee I forgot to say with their new slight upgrades so hopefully the turbo place sorts them out. I only have about 400 - 450 more kms to finish running in woo hoo
