Thanks for the comments mate, they really did come out great - function and form If anyone requires a set for their car (or 1 in the case of SOHC), please don't hesitate to contact me. I'll be looking at the B-Series guys next and one for Neo's D. Cheers.

Hi, Apart from the B6 market, there isn't anything else in terms of performance. However we are able to produce for any motor vehicle - so you're definitely not left out in the cold. Please send inquiries to sales.at.toyamaracingspirit.com Thank you for looking and take care

Following on from the thread on these babies, http://www.importknights.co.za/index.php/topic,1560.0.htmlI come to report back no component failure or issues with the design and fitment of our gears. They don't slip or move, the custom bolt design holds them perfectly in place without the use of Loctite or other means. Still recommended, but running without as the motor isn't interference. Pictured below on the Toyama Racing Spirit FE DOHC powered Mazda: These have received a warm reception on international forums (for the most part). Will report back on the results dialing them in when I get a chance. Here's to great engineering effort from our work locally!

Hi Bryan,
If you are able to gather one or two friends for a bulk buy of 10 (5 mates), you're looking at +- R3,895.00 per set of two.
If you're going to require a one off, you're looking at a much higher price of R6,079.20 for both of them.
It's steep doing once offs but definitely unique.
Some specifications (taken from our site):
- Anodized for aluminium protection - 24 Degree full sweep for correct dial in - 7075 Grade Aluminium - super light weight and strong - Electronically balanced to ensure no vibration is introduced - Individually boxed and protected against damage during transit - Custom applications are available and designed inhouse.
Cheers mate.

Thanks STW, we tried to get a professional looking product out the door and succeeded in the end. Without your help however, that would not have been attained :-)
The Kanji is debatable, having been checked for balance and not affecting the unit in anyway, still not sold on the look. It's a first attempt and think the next batch will exclude the logo and rather include our company information only. Manufacturing costs on these units are pretty large if ordered as single units. Much cheaper and competitive in bulk as with most things.
The original first unit is still being used on the TRS FE DOHC and hasn't so much as budged since fitment - without the use of loctite compounds or similar. The locking design of the securing "nut and bolt" proved to be a wise choice on our part.
We still recommend to our customers some sort of loctite or similar compound on interference motors - purely for peace of mind :-)

Give me a ballpark figure of interested parties and I'll gladly give you a ballpark price including shipping to New Zealand.
Should I work off 5 people then?

Okay, back with pricing mate, for two Toyama Racing Spirit FE DOHC camshaft gears (fully adjustable) excluding shipping to New Zealand (we can make a plan for a big box) will cost you R3,878 per set (2 pc) - that is approx 736.93NZD per kit.
Let me know if your group is still interested and I'll make the required arrangements and begin manufacture.
Cheers.
