hey people its been a while! for the past few months i have been trying to get my ride running using original egi harness...and to no avail! ive spent quite a few nam dollars and am getting a an appointment with our local dicktator installer tmorrow(finally) people have been giving him a lot of  $hIT so he's not very keen installing management etc. but hold thumbs. ive cleaned up my engine and bay for him to have a look and give me a qoute. if all is well hel help me out but if not i might have to buy dicktator myself and would need all yall help. in the mean time my viper exhaust has arrived and ive managed to get original egi struts and discs and calipers.(im looking to find some more to sell)

Dicktator won't take too much effort to install, the guy should pull through. If not be a bit skeptical...

It really is a handful of sensors and some basic electrical knowledge. Have you already converted your dizzy?

The original Dizzy is a bit superior to what you want controlling it (Dicktator standard I would guess) The conversion involves modifying the rather complex setup you already have (good) into something a little old school, hall effect type.

Do some reading online, you'll understand the difference clearer.

If things were different... money wise, I'd swap you my already converted dizzy for yours. I need yours and you need mine.

Unfortunately my build has halted due to paint costs so I wont be able to even consider it - darn pity!

Cheers

Hi there. Injectors and Ignition (Plugs etc.) are separate - think about it.

Look from what I remember the stock OEM ecu has sequential injection (fuel side) and a CAS to pickup when to fire which cylinder. If you have no spark, I'd tend to want to be looking more on the crank sensor side.

The very best person who I think has worked with the OEM setup before is STW. He may stumble across this post and help out with some information.

Yes :-) There are two different intakes. Not too many people have realized this, there is also a difference in power. Runner lengths and angle are different IIRC.

Looks great :-) I remember when mine was leaking a long time ago - Banshee and I took things apart and fixed things properly - to date still no leaks or vapor issues.

Just a quick note, some of your pictures are really tiny, any way to link to the bigger versions?

Guys, a bit of bad news. Ive paid close to R6000 for the installation and been waiting for 4 weeks now to get my motor back from our local spitronics installer. Yesterday i found out that the installer have not even ordered the new titan emu yet. i have sent emails to spitronics rsa to discuss my disappointment but nothing.  Cry im stuck maybe engine swap is not ment for here in nam Sad? wish i lived in rsa! Undecided
