skidpan went up and is R170 per car full day and R20 per passanger.
starts 9am onwards. finishing around 3 / 4 pm
ill be at this sundays. just to watch. hope to see some of you there too.

I see there is a drift championship happening the day before at zwartkops anyone going for that?

was at the event as well,was lekker to see some hondas on the track.
that s2000's sound was amazing!!and the arial atom's were lekker.
I think I saw swich on the skidpan for a little while.
Sorry I didnt come over and greet was most of the time with my bro who was on track or sitting on the stands.
Had a small run in with a dark grey/black accord,was lekker.
But must apologise for cutting him off a few mins after our run,I lost concentration but really my deepest apologies if you are on the forum.

the S sounds nice but was not performing. that type-r was killing it. yes they where in traffic alot of the time.(good racing to watch) but i still feel he could have done more. i had a chat to him about it. say the car is running well but is not happy with the brakes. jerry was also have issue with a limiter on his water temp. so as the car got hot the motor would limit. lol he forgot he needs to remove it. saw all the accord guys make a turn. the atoms... now that is a sound.... wow...  shame about the 2 lotus 7's in the crash:( bloody marshal's yeah that was me on that skid pan. just did 5 run's . hate it when ppl cheat on there. or dont know how to follow the course. |

what crash?I missed that,I agree on the S it did seem a bit under performing motorwise as that type r was giving it.
are you attending the next months event?I hope to be there with my car as well,seeing my bro enjoying his gtr made me want to get on track

ah that GTR... lol every was like meh to that. its so fast but makes no noise ppl dont even watch it. lol.
yeah on the main staight the first corner onw of the lotus's spun out, the marshal was on one of his little walks into the pit lane, dumb old fart, and didnt put up a flag. next lotus came flying round to see a car in the track stopped and smashed into him.
no was was hurt and the cars can be fixed. but still not cool. saw a couple of other off like that orange golf running meth... on the corner and the end of the back staight. lol that was funny.

@swich I was dissappointed in that,it was just so quiet very upsetting,but his doing the 600whp conversion within a few weeks so atleast then it will sound really beautiful.

He previously had a scooby legac he use to take it to craig as well for all his work,his pricey however his job is really good and his established. two weeks back speedy car sales in klerksdorp,the owner farouk his son Muhammed has a 800whp gtr we went through to go for a spin in it.  I cannot describe the acceleration in words it was unbelieveable,really great guy as well. He has the switzer 800 kit 0-300km/h in +-18Seconds. Standard is around 35 Seconds. |
