The previous thread I had for the ‘Lude was more of a drivers log and not too much in terms of a build. A lot of time was spent fixing little things here and there and general maintenance with a few modifications done along the line. This new thread serves as a proper project thread, keeping apart the day to day problems, issues, old grannies driving into the car type stories.

This post serves as a re-cap of where we are presently – as we all wait in anticipation for the next update to come next year.

Current modifications:

Electronics:

Automatic to manual modification changes for transmission ecu and factory transponder
Toyama Racing Spirit Spec A package (ECU package, wiring harness and our in-house Spec A work)

Transmission:

Automatic to manual swap out (various parts)
BB4 JDM 5 Speed gearbox (3.307 - 1.950 - 1.360 - 1.071 - 0.787 - 4.266)
BB6 Exedy OEM Replacement clutch kit
BB6 Fidanza OEM Replacement flywheel
LiquiMoly high performance gearbox oil (SAE 75W-80)

Motor:

Bone Stock H22A4, +-120,000km’s :-)
Toyama Racing Spirit Spec A package tuning work
Toyama Racing Spirit pulley and belt combo
LiquiMoly TopTec 4200 5w30 motor oil

Last Run: 103.2kW @ 6489rpm / 173Nm @ 5002rpm
The Gain: 12.2kW / 19.3Nm *** this is now an outdated power figure - setup changed ***
